Tuberculosis in Fragile and Conflict-Affected Situations
This side event aims to raise the profile of TB programming in
FCAS. I will curate discussions around opportunities for TB
management innovation and integration across health and
emergency/humanitarian interventions.
Specifically, it will spotlight the unique challenges of, and
compounded risks from, TB programming in FCAS and mobilise
coordinated action. It will also explore innovative and
integration mechanisms to address the challenges in TB
management and finally develop consensus on a set of FCAS- specific TB interventions for adoption and scaling up.
