Improving Health Care Worker Wellbeing – Addressing system and human factors through science-informed approaches
Held on the sidelines of WHA79, this side event will examine health care worker wellbeing as a system-level responsibility, moving beyond individual resilience to focus on organizational culture, leadership, governance, duty of care, and culturally relevant mental health and psychosocial support.
The session will feature:
