Population ageing and rising NCD prevalence represent a significant and growing global burden. Despite substantial policy activity, responses often remain fragmented across sectors and disease silos. There is a critical need for integrated life-course frameworks that address determinants of health, strengthen prevention ecosystems, support primary healthcare as an enabler, and align governance and financing structures. This side event responds to that unmet need by advancing healthy longevity as a cross government investment model.
