The event will explore practical pathways to strengthen governance, financing, and accountability for rehabilitation. It will also consider how UHC monitoring may evolve to better capture access to rehabilitation and functioning outcomes, ensuring health systems measure not only mortality and morbidity, but lived health, autonomy, and participation across the life course.
