Continuity, Respect, Equity: Midwifery Models of Care for People-Centred Health Systems to Achieve Universal Health Coverage

Drawing on WHO evidence that universal midwifery coverage could avert up to 67% of maternal deaths, 64% of newborn deaths, and 65% of stillbirths, the event will link cost-effective midwifery investments to improved service coverage, financial protection, and system resilience, including in fragile and humanitarian settings.
