Accelerating Women’s Health Science and Innovation: A Policy Agenda for Impact and White Paper Launch
Only 7% of health research addresses conditions that
exclusively affect women, undermining progress toward
universal health coverage and global resilience. This high-level
event co-hosted by the Government of South Africa, PATH and
WEF’s Global Alliance for Women’s Health will present concrete
policy recommendations to close these gaps and drive
coordinated global action on women’s health R&D and
innovation. Timed with South Africa’s G20 leadership, it will
feature keynote speeches, a policy presentation, and a panel
discussion to shape commitments for WHA78, the G20, and the
SDG acceleration agenda
